Lip Logic™ Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. At the same time, Lip Logic™ trainings are intentionally kept small, with limited spaces available. Each registration requires advance planning, dedicated instructor time, educational materials, and coordination of hands-on training and models.

For this reason, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all Lip Logic™ training registrations.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you pay a deposit or the course fee in full, you may cancel your registration within 7 days of the purchase date and request a refund, provided that the training date is more than 30 days away and you have not accessed or received the course's online educational materials.

Approved refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee, plus applicable taxes, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Purchases Made Within 30 Days of the Training

If you register for a training within 30 days of the scheduled course date, the payment is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible healthcare professional, subject to approval by Lip Logic™.

If Lip Logic™ Cancels or Reschedules

If Lip Logic™ must cancel or reschedule a training, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future training date or receive a refund of payments made toward the training.
